The Goodtime Lodge joins Tribute Portfolio

US: The Goodtime Lodge, created by David Grutman of Groot Hospitality and musician Pharrell Williams, has joined Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio of impartial properties.

Positioned in Miami Seashore, the 266-room boutique resort, retail, and stay music vacation spot is the primary life-style model from Grutman and Williams.

The property was developed by Michael D. Fascitelli and Eric Birnbaum of Imperial Firms, with architect Morris Adjmi, designer Ken Fulk and panorama architect Raymond Jungles collaborating on the challenge.

The Goodtime Lodge opened in April 2021 and is managed by Highgate. It presents a Mediterranean restaurant, a library, and a gymnasium with MyBeast and Peloton gear.

Retail companions on the bottom flooring embody smoothie franchise Pure Inexperienced, swimwear model Vilebrequin, sun shades and jewelry from Classic Frames, and F45 Hiit Coaching.

Grutman mentioned: “We’re thrilled to be becoming a member of the Marriott household to offer the 360-degree Groot Hospitality resort expertise to an excellent wider viewers by Tribute Portfolio’s platform. We look ahead to offering Marriott Bonvoy members entry to all The Goodtime Lodge has to supply.”

Jennifer Connell, international model chief, Tribute Portfolio, and VP distinctive premium manufacturers, Marriott Worldwide, mentioned: “The Goodtime Lodge captures the electrical vitality of Miami’s South Seashore and brings its distinctive identification and design-driven strategy into the visitor expertise, making it an ideal match for the Tribute Portfolio.

She added: “This portfolio of impartial motels continues to catch the attention of the fashionable traveller – those that are drawn to a vibrant social scene and crave a reference to the locations they’re visiting. We all know guests shall be as thrilled as we’re to have The Goodtime Lodge as part of the Tribute Portfolio household and member of Marriott Bonvoy.”
