Albert Park Village in internal Melbourne is ready to welcome new neighbourhood wine bar Wally’s subsequent month.
Wally’s is the work and long-time dream of Proprietor Baxter Pickard, who can be behind on-line wine store Grapeful.
As anticipated, Wally’s will host a wide-range of native and worldwide wine producers throughout its providing, with a deal with natural, biodynamic, and artisanal labels.
Alongside drinks, Head Chef Damon McIvor (previously Waxflower and Vex Eating) will produce a European-inspired meals menu for Wally’s.
Company can count on French- and Italian-style share plates plus steak and pasta on the menu.
Wally’s will seat 25 folks inside, and also will host a further, dog-friendly, al fresco eating house.
Pickard has labored alongside Studio a.mi for Wally’s design which is able to take cues from traditional French venues.
Wally’s is slated to open in April at 67 Cardigan Place, Albert Park, Victoria.
