The Devon Group (Bistro Nido, Devon Café) is opening its seventh Dopa location tomorrow in Westfield Bondi Junction.
Government Chef Zachary Tan and Government Pastry Chef Markus Andrew are curating the providing which is impressed by Japanese consolation meals with over 20 variations of donburi alongside a variety of Japanese desserts.
To rejoice the menu, Dopa will launch a Bondi don which is a vegan-friendly donburi that includes a plant-based beef patty, rice, tare, seaweed, sliced shallot, vegan cheese, tomato sauce, and a secret sauce.
Different variations of donburi will embody a karaage or rooster teriyaki alongside extra experimental takes reminiscent of a wagyu beef tongue, glacier 51 toothfish, and cheeseburger wagyu possibility.
For the sweet-tooth, Dopa will even provide mochi in strawberry, matcha, and mango flavours alongside a signature cheescake.
Friends may count on Dopa’s house-brewed ice tea in lychee, raspberry, and yuzu flavours.
The Bondi Junction outpost follows The Devon Group’s different Dopa places in Darling Quarter, Darling Sq., City Corridor, Sydney Place, The Galeries, and Macquarie Centre.
Dopa will even be giving freely 150 free donburi between 2-5pm on 8 and 9 December to the primary clients who go to and likewise obtain the Dopa app.
