Melbourne-based barista Jack Simpson of Axil Espresso has taken out the highest spot on the ASCA Nationwide Espresso Championships for the second yr in a row.

As Australia Barista Champion, Simpson will symbolize the nation on the World Barista Championship in South Korea this Might.
