Occupancy: 65.1 p.c (down 1.0 p.c)
ADR: $161.98 (up 4.2 p.c)
RevPAR: $105.40 (up 3.2 p.c)
Among the many Prime 25 Markets, Chicago noticed the biggest will increase in occupancy (up 6.8 p.c to 67.6 p.c) and RevPAR (up 17.6 p.c to $109.54).
Las Vegas posted the best ADR achieve (up 19.6 p.c to $222.42), helped by the LVL UP EXPO.
Detroit, host of the NFL Draft throughout the comparable week in 2024, reported the steepest efficiency declines: occupancy (down 13.4 p.c to 55.5 p.c), ADR (down 17.8 p.c to $121.78), and RevPAR (down 28.8 p.c to $67.63).
