Among the many high 25 markets, St. Louis reported the very best occupancy elevate (up 5.7 % to 70.9 %).
Houston recorded the steepest declines in every of the three key efficiency metrics: occupancy (down 19.7 % to 61.1 %), ADR (down 7.7 % to $117.02), and RevPAR (down 25.9 % to $71.54). The decreases are largely as a result of elevated displacement demand interval that adopted Hurricane Beryl in 2024.
