Impressed by the seasonal bounty, this menu presents visitors a style of spring with dishes that spotlight the most effective of the season, from Dorset crab with Yorkshire rhubarb, puffed rice and pickled cucumber to Wild garlic risotto with asparagus, pickled mushroom, brioche croutons and aged Parmesan.

Amongst the Excessive Victorian Gothic design, visitors can savour a set of dishes that replicate the spirit of spring and London’s trendy power.
