Brad Visitor has been appointed as head chef of Sydney’s Shell Home Eating Room and Terrace within the CBD.
Visitor comes from over a decade of labor throughout Sydney’s high venues, together with early on at Martin Benn’s Sepia and Bilson’s by Tony Bilson.
Extra just lately, Visitor has held roles at Rockpool, Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay, Gastropark, Cafe Paci, and was a part of the opening workforce at Oncore by Clare Smyth.
“I’m so excited to be becoming a member of such a dynamic workforce right here at Shell Home. Since its opening, I’ve been extremely impressed by the eating room’s fame and distinctive identification,” says Visitor.

Visitor’s menu is now obtainable at Shell Home, with highlights together with scampi with pumpkin, brioche, and pepita salt; sourdough orecchiette with mushroom and almond; risotto with ebi prawn and roasted butter; and linguine with urchin, caviar, lemon.
Visitor joins Shell Home Proprietor and Restauranteur Brett Robinson, Group Culinary Director Joel Bickford, and Meals and Beverage Director Alex Kirkwood within the function.

Visitor’s autumn menu is now serving at Shell Home Eating Room and Terrace situated at 37 Margaret Road, Sydney, New South Wales.
