Ruby Lodges to open its first property in Denmark

Denmark: City way of life model Ruby Lodges, a part of IHG, will open its first property in Denmark with a 219-room lodge in Copenhagen.

Set to open in Q1 2027, the Ruby Resort will probably be situated within the Frederiksberg district, housed in a restored workplace constructing at Gammel Kongevej 74A. The challenge is being developed in partnership with ECE.

The six-floor property will probably be overseen by the model’s in-house design staff led by Matthew Balon, and can function a winter backyard on the bottom ground together with a rooftop terrace providing panoramic views of town.
