US: Residential hospitality administration firm Reside has formally launched Papago Lodge, a newly renovated 70-unit boutique property working below the Trademark Assortment by Wyndham, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Initially constructed within the Nineteen Fifties, Papago Lodge by Reside options an outside pool, fireplace pit, personal cabanas, and a espresso bar and lounge areas. Room classes vary from queen to king-sized, throughout courtyard and pool view, together with numerous suites with kitchenettes.
The property’s Hai Midday restaurant is led by James Beard award-winning chef Nobuo Fukuda. The menu focuses on Japanese-inspired delicacies with domestically sourced components.
The launch follows a partnership between Reside and resort franchisor Wyndham Lodges & Resorts, introduced in 2024, which goals to broaden the Reside model to 50 US markets.
Papago Lodge joins the current openings of Reside Navy Yard and Reside NoMa, each in Washington DC. Future areas are set to incorporate New Orleans.
Lee Curtis, CEO of Reside, stated: “Each enterprise and leisure company will expertise the vitality and tradition that make Scottsdale a premier vacation spot. We’ve revived the Papago Lodge by Reside, preserving its mid-century allure whereas elevating it with fashionable facilities and distinctive high quality in hospitality. As we tackle administration, we’re thrilled to convey this distinctive property into the Wyndham Trademark Assortment household, providing our company the proper mix of favor and luxury, backed by the trusted high quality that each Reside and Wyndham are identified for.”
