In signature Cinnamon type, Vivek has reimagined traditional snacks with daring Indian twists. The Mumbai chilli cheese toastie reinvents a comfort-food favorite with spice and aptitude, whereas standout small plates embody chilli shrimp cocktail vol-au-vents, tuna bhel tostadas, Kurkure hen winglets and a lamb seekh kebab roll, all designed to pack a punch with each chunk.

Working with designer Alessio Nardi of A-nrd Design Studio, the refurbished interiors pay homage to Devonshire Sq.’s historical past as a spice warehouse, with a heat palette of spice-inspired tones, uncooked terracotta, and Indian craft particulars set towards elegant inexperienced drapes.
