DESTIN, Florida—Henderson Seaside Resort introduced the official opening of Primrose Coastal Italian, its signature restaurant led by govt chef Scott Plumley.
Now open to the general public, Primrose Coastal Italian invitations friends to take pleasure in a brand new strategy to coastal delicacies, with house-made pastas, regionally sourced seafood, and Mediterranean substances.
“At Primrose, we needed to create greater than a menu—we needed to create a sense,” stated Plumley. “Every dish tells a narrative of land and sea, of Italian heritage interpreted by means of the lens of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The result’s daring but easy, rustic but refined—and all the time made with intention.”
Choices from the newly debuted menu embrace:
- Blue Crab Zeppole — Gruyere and Parmesan Fritters, Gulf blue crab, serrano-cilantro aioli

The restaurant is now accepting reservations for nightly dinner service.
