
This month, newly established hospitality firm, Herts Pubs Firm, launches its first enterprise – The Cock, a restored 16th century teaching inn on Hitchin Excessive Road. The pub opens on Friday 25th July, providing trendy British eating with a powerful concentrate on provenance and craft drinks.
