
NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia—Mumford Firm introduced the completion of an off-market transaction with the closing of the Savannah Suites Atlanta Airport. The property, in-built 2020, has 94 prolonged keep visitor suites and is positioned within the airport market.
Steve Kirby and Ed James, two of the agency’s managing principals, represented the vendor, an Atlanta-based actual property developer. The purchaser was an affiliate of Wichita, Kansas-based TGC Group. TGC Group is a multi-unit prolonged keep proprietor and operator with holdings throughout 19 states. The purchasers plan main renovations and can rebrand the resort.
