Michelin-star chef’s pop-up at Freyja – hospitality


Two culinary forces are set to return collectively in February for a restricted eating collection at Melbourne’s Freyja.

The Nordic-inspired restaurant’s Government Chef Jae Bang is collaborating with Hugo Souchet from three Michelin-star restaurant Les Pres d’Eugenie in France.

Over three nights, the cooks will serve a six-course set menu commencing on 8 February as a part of the 4 Arms eating collection.

A few of Souchet’s signature dishes might be recreated with a Freyja twist and made with the highest-quality Australian produce.
