Mediterranean eatery Martha opens in Lake Macquarie – hospitality


Situated within the redeveloped Belmont 16s Crusing Membership, Mediterranean restaurant and bar Martha has opened its doorways overlooking Lake Macquarie.

The 120-seat venue includes a restaurant, bar, and outside terrace boasting views throughout the lake.

Chef Tyler Rolfe is spearheading the culinary providing which is centered across the venue’s European Mibrasa ovens for smoky proteins and greens.

A few of the highlights throughout the menu embody a Nice Southern Pinnacle Black Angus pasture-fed scotch steak; forged iron cooked halloumi with pickled cumquat and honey drizzle; and char-grilled cut up prawns with Pukara Property lemon and dill olive oil.

Drinks-wise, friends can anticipate a line-up of seven signature cocktails known as Martha & Associates, together with the Martha which groups Earp Distilling Co gin, Doulin Rouge, Chambord, and lemon juice.

Martha’s wine record champions producers from the close by Hunter Valley, alongside drops from throughout Australia and Europe.

Martha’s design has been curated by Sydney-based studio Atlis and options pastel tones teamed with pure timber plus a putting pink-tiled cocktail bar.

“Martha is about to be an unimaginable new eating vacation spot on Lake Macquarie for locals and guests to the area,” says Meals and Beverage Supervisor Joel Simmons.

“Our back and front of home group are a bunch of seasoned hospitality professionals which can be obsessed with nice service, meals, and drinks, and we’re all very excited to welcome our first friends to the venue.”

Martha is now open for lunch and dinner from Thursday to Sunday and is situated on the Belmont 16s Crusing Membership, The Parade Belmont, New South Wales.
