Restaurateur and Chef Luke Mangan is ready to make his return to the Melbourne eating scene along with his first venue within the metropolis in additional than a decade.
Bistrot Bisou is slated to open early subsequent month inside Lodge Indigo situated on the nook of Flinders Lane and Spencer Avenue within the Melbourne CBD.
The venue will host a relaxed French bistro and bar providing which can embrace basic dishes with a contemporary twist.
“Melbourne has an actual European really feel to it – particularly as we come into the cooler months – and French fare is having a second, so I can’t wait to share my take with diners,” says Mangan.
