Australia: Australia’s first social enterprise resort, Lodge Etico, will enhance its hospitality coaching for younger individuals with disabilities resulting from a partnership with Schwartz Household Firm and Trilogy Motels.
Lodge Etico will relocate its coaching academy to the campus of the Blue Mountains Worldwide Lodge Administration College (BMIHMS) in Leura, New South Wales.
The transfer will place its Academy of Independence alongside BMIHMS, owned by Torrens College Australia, and close to the Schwartz-owned Leura Gardens Resort.
The partnership, resulting from start in October 2025, will create what Schwartz Household Firm director Dr Jerry Schwartz calls an “built-in resort village” combining vocational coaching, increased training, inclusive employment, and working accommodations on a single campus.
