Crafted at Powdermills in East Sussex will mark the debut of the model. Launching in late 2025, the property is constructed round a seven-acre personal lake.
Housed in a Georgian Grade II-listed nation home, the resort will function 55 rooms and suites designed by Home of Dré. Facilities embody pub, restaurant, cocktail bar, craft barn, artwork studio and members membership.
