UK: Resort firm Leonardo has acquired the five-star Resort Gotham in Manchester for an undisclosed sum.
The 60-bedroom resort will be a part of the Leonardo Restricted Version assortment. Its acquisition was supported by the Fattal Partnership Fund by way of Leonardo’s father or mother firm, Fattal Resort Group.
Resort Gotham will be a part of current additions to Leonardo’s portfolio, together with The Grand (Brighton) and The Dilly (London).
