US: Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has acquired the luxurious waterfront Eau Palm Seashore Resort & Spa in Manalapan, Florida, for an undisclosed sum from the Lewis Belief Group.
The 309-room luxurious resort has been owned by the Lewis household since 2003. It was below this possession that the property rebranded from Ritz-Carlton to Eau Palm Seashore Resort & Spa in 2013.
Eau Palm Seashore Resort & Spa, a member of the Most popular Resorts & Resorts‘ Legend Assortment, provides eight meals and beverage venues, a 42,00-square-foot Eau Spa, three tennis courts, two swimming pools, and greater than 30,000-square-feet of assembly and occasion area.
Ellison will retain the present workforce and is planning to put money into future updates of the property.
