Kirra Seaside Home debuts on the Gold Coast – hospitality

Kirra Seaside Home has opened on the Southern Gold Coast and is the second of two hospitality venues launching as a part of the first stage of the Kirra Level precinct.

The rooftop venue follows the launch of the ground-floor Kirra Seaside Resort which reopened its doorways final month.

The rooftop venue options indoor and outside eating areas, beach-front cabanas, a number of bars, a non-public seafood BBQ space, and a number of occasion areas.

Meals-wise, Head Chef Drew Wilson is serving up a Mediterranean-style menu which caters for each informal, post-swim eats to extra special-occasion eating.

Friends can anticipate wood-fired pizzas from the venue’s Marina Forni oven, share plates, domestically sourced seafood platters, and burgers.

Among the dishes on the opening menu embody a kingfish ceviche with citrus, orange, and native thyme; a fried fish burger with pickled zucchini and tartare; plus a tempura bug roll with smoked cocktail sauce.

Kirra Seaside Home Bars Supervisor Kaden Pool has curated a cocktail listing that takes inspiration from vacation, resort-style tipples together with a riff on a piña colada with Champagne and a spicy watermelon margarita.

“Now we have created one thing elevated but approachable and easy, that evokes the idyllic feeling of being on one limitless, wonderful summer time vacation,” says SITE Hospitality’s Dave Galvin.

“The venue may have a seaside membership ambiance about it, with nice music, mesmerising panoramic views of Kirra, Mediterranean-style meals utilizing the unimaginable native produce we’ve got on our doorstep, a world-class drinks listing and, after all, nice service.”

Kirra Seaside Home is now open at 2 Marine Parade, Coolangatta, Queensland.
