Saint Gorge (previously generally known as The Saint Resort) has swung open its doorways in St Kilda with celebrated chef Karen Martini main the cost as Culinary Director.
Saint George is the work of Martini and companion Michael Sapountsis plus rising hospitality group Public Hospitality.
The venue has two sections: The Grill and The Tavern the place Martini is serving up a menu that includes Italian dishes and elevated pub classics.
The Grill is Saint George’s sit-down, bookable area with a menu of Italian primi, antipasti, handmade pasta, and reimagined pub classics.
