IRVINE, California—DKN Lodges introduced that it has been awarded the administration contract and pre-opening advisory of a brand new TownePlace Suites by Marriott resort in Wildomar, California. The 102-suite property is being developed by American Redevelopment Options, LLC, and is scheduled to open in 2027.
