US: Lodge Daphne, the second Houston property from Austin-based Bunkhouse Accommodations, has opened reservations for stays starting January 2026.
Positioned within the Houston Heights neighbourhood, the 49-room boutique lodge includes a full-service restaurant, a floor flooring bar, library and occasions house, courtyard, and foyer retail store.
The lodge will launch in phases, with the debut of Hypsi, its restaurant and lounge, scheduled for November 2025. Helmed by two-time James Beard Award nominee Terrence Gallivan, Hypsi will provide a menu impressed by Houston Heights’ non-public consuming golf equipment, mixing cocktails, Italian aperitivo, and curated dishes.
Lodge Daphne’s interiors have been designed in-house by Bunkhouse. The property will showcase customized furnishings, classic accents, daring prints, and artworks by Alexandra Valenti and the lodge’s house owners, Bob and Ben Ackerley.
The five-story constructing has been designed in collaboration with Blanchard A+D, Darwin Structure, and McDugald Steele for landscaping.
