KENNEWICK, Washington—A-1 Hospitality Group introduced the groundbreaking for the brand new 163-room AC Resorts by Marriott in Kennewick, Washington. Positioned on the Three Rivers Conference Middle, the resort will function as a franchise owned by A-1 Three Rivers Lodge, LLC, and managed by A-1 Hospitality Group.

The AC Lounge affords cocktails, native craft beers, and a wine program, whereas tapas-style small bites full the meals menu. The open, light-filled AC Kitchen is open for breakfast each day, providing freshly sliced prosciutto, specialty cheeses, and croissants imported from France.
The brand new five-story property will embody facilities corresponding to an indoor swimming pool, a health heart, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and 6 assembly rooms with a mixed 12,000 sq. ft of purposeful assembly area to accommodate capabilities of as much as 450 individuals.
