Among the many high 25 markets, Tampa, Florida, reported the steepest declines throughout every of the three key efficiency metrics: occupancy (down 21.0 % to 54.4 %), ADR (down 9.8 % to $138.84), and RevPAR (down 28.7 % to $75.50). The market’s efficiency was impacted by the elevated displacement demand interval that adopted Hurricane Milton in 2024.
San Francisco, California, registered the biggest will increase in occupancy (up 11.4 % to 48.0 %) and RevPAR (up 14.9 % to $77.47).
