CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee—Imaginative and prescient Hospitality Group, Inc., introduced that it’s going to handle the upcoming SpringHill Suites by Marriott Goose Creek, a 109-room, all-suite resort situated in Summerville, South Carolina. The property is being developed by Clarendon Properties, LLC, together with Industrial Realty Advisors Improvement (CRAD).
Located within the Goose Creek/Summerville hall, the new-build SpringHill Suites will supply 1,000 sq. toes of versatile assembly area, a foyer bar, and suites with distinct residing, working, and sleeping areas. The resort’s anticipated opening is in early 2027.
