Among the many High 25 Markets, St. Louis noticed the biggest will increase in occupancy (up 27 % to 76.8 %), ADR (up 15.8 % to $138.00), and RevPAR (up 47 % to $105.94).
Solely 5 markets noticed a RevPAR decline, with New York Metropolis (down 9 % to $229.99) and Oahu (down 5.4 % to $217.74) reporting the biggest drops.
