Germany: Resort firm Hyatt has acquired the me and all inns way of life model from family-owned lodge group Lindner Motels AG.
The transaction, which closed on 28 June, builds on the unique collaboration between Hyatt and Lindner.
Up till now, the me and all inns assortment has nested inside the JdV by Hyatt model. It can turn out to be a standalone model inside Hyatt’s world way of life portfolio.
