Three of the world’s most-awarded bars are headlining Perth Cocktail Weekend as a part of culinary occasion Plateful Perth 2024.
Bar groups from Galaxy Bar (Dubai), Salmon Guru (Madrid), and Possibly Sammy (Sydney) will take over Perth venues from 9-10 August.
Every of the three bars are at the moment ranked on The World’s 50 Greatest Bars record, with Galaxy Bar ranked at no.50, Salmon Guru at no.16, and Possibly Sammy at no.15.
Bartenders from Galaxy Bar will probably be serving cocktails at Songbird; with the staff from Salmon Guru (16) taking up Terrarium and Possibly Sammy’s crew (15) heading to Mechanics Institute.
