Chris Lucas of hospitality group Lucas Eating places has introduced he’ll make his foray into the Canberra eating scene this 12 months with the opening of Mediterranean eatery Carlotta.
Slated to open in spring within the CBD’s Scotts Crossing precinct, the 150-seat Carlotta is predicted to give attention to native Canberran produce, boast a timeless design, modern menu, and vibrant power.
The venue will probably be a collaboration between Lucas and QIC (Queensland Funding Company) whose final team-up noticed the launch of Melbourne’s 80 Collins Avenue precinct which options Society Eating Room, Lillian Brasserie, and Yakimono.
