WASHINGTON—The American Lodge & Lodging Affiliation (AHLA) and the Lodge Affiliation of Canada (HAC) introduced that their formal partnership to function the Inexperienced Key World sustainability certification program in the US and Canada will take impact April 1, 2024.
HAC created Inexperienced Key World in 1994 to certify inns’ environmental sustainability insurance policies and processes, and its certification standards are aligned with all 17 of the United Nations Sustainable Improvement Objectives.
